Content Policy

ExpertPub hosts AI experts built from their Authors' material. Publishing is open to signed-in adults, and Authors remain responsible for what they upload, publish, and enable their experts to do. This policy applies to Author Content, expert instructions, questions, answers, links, and all other use of the platform.

Publish only what you have the right to use

Upload only material you own or are authorized to use. Do not publish copyrighted work, confidential information, trade secrets, private communications, or personal information without the necessary rights, permission, and lawful basis. Do not use an expert to reproduce or expose source material belonging to somebody else.

Be honest about identity and capabilities

Do not impersonate a person or organization, claim credentials you do not hold, fabricate endorsements or affiliations, conceal material conflicts, or describe an expert as human. Do not misrepresent the source, accuracy, safety, or capabilities of an expert or its answers.

High-stakes uses require qualified human judgment

Experts may provide general educational information about health, mental health, law, finance, tax, safety, and similar topics, but must not be presented as a substitute for a qualified professional or emergency service. Do not use an expert to diagnose, prescribe, direct emergency action, or make a final high-impact decision about another person.

Do not use the platform to make fully automated decisions about employment, housing, education admissions, credit, insurance, legal services, medical care, or access to essential services. Any permitted decision support must be independently reviewed by a qualified person with authority and enough information to correct the result.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Illegal activity and serious harm: instructions, coordination, or assistance that meaningfully facilitates violent wrongdoing, terrorism or extremist activity, weapons construction, trafficking, evasion of law enforcement, or other serious harm.
• Self-harm: encouragement, instructions, or personalized assistance for suicide, self-injury, or eating- disorder behavior. Supportive prevention and recovery information is allowed.
• Child exploitation: child sexual abuse material, sexualization or grooming of minors, or content that facilitates child exploitation. The service is for adults aged 18 or older.
• Sexual abuse and exploitation: non-consensual intimate content, sexual violence, trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.
• Hate, harassment, and privacy abuse: threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, stalking, doxxing, or exposing sensitive personal information.
• Fraud and deception: scams, phishing, identity theft, deceptive impersonation, forged evidence, evasion of safeguards, or misleading commercial practices.
• Manipulation: targeted political persuasion, voter suppression, deceptive influence operations, or personalized exploitation of a person's vulnerability.
• Cyber abuse: malware, credential theft, destructive intrusion, unauthorized surveillance, or instructions that enable abuse of systems or accounts.
• Spam and platform abuse: unsolicited bulk content, scraping other Authors' material, evading limits, interfering with the service, or using an expert primarily to redirect or deceive visitors.

Use must also comply with our AI provider's current Usage Policy. A use not listed above may still be prohibited when it violates that policy, applicable law, another person's rights, or creates a material safety risk.

Copyright notices and counter-notices

If you believe material on ExpertPub infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject "Copyright Notice". To allow us to act, include:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if the notice covers multiple works;
• the exact ExpertPub URL and enough detail to locate the allegedly infringing material;
• your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We may remove or disable access to material and notify the affected Author. An Author who believes material was removed because of mistake or misidentification may send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject "Copyright Counter-Notice" containing:

• the Author's physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the removed material and its previous location;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that the Author has a good- faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• the Author's name, postal address, telephone number, and email; and
• consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant or that person's agent.

We may forward a valid notice or counter-notice to the other party. Where applicable, removed material may be restored between 10 and 14 business days after a counter-notice is forwarded unless the copyright claimant tells us it has filed a court action. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may create liability.

We terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. Copyright correspondence may also be mailed to: Copyright Contact, Dharmic Intelligence LLC, PO Box 296, Kings Mills, OH 45034, United States.

Reports, emergencies, and enforcement

We may reject, restrict, delist, preserve, or remove content; limit features; suspend or terminate accounts; and notify providers or appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect people or the platform, or comply with law. Apparent child sexual abuse material or child exploitation may be preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or law enforcement as required by law.

Submitting a report does not guarantee removal, and we may consider context, severity, history, and applicable law. To report an expert, use its report link or contact [email protected] with the expert URL and enough detail to investigate. An Author may use the same address to ask for review of an enforcement decision.
