What we do
- Build only from material you approve.
- Configure the agreed profile, knowledge, and behavior.
- Keep the draft unpublished until you approve it.
- Test agreed questions and correct implementation errors.
- Transfer the draft to your account and guide the launch.
- Explain important limitations honestly.
What you provide and approve
- Material you own or have permission to use.
- Accurate prices, hours, policies, and contact details.
- Your audience, tone, ten common questions, and forbidden topics.
- One decision-maker and consolidated feedback on time.
- Written approval before publication.
- Ongoing review when your information changes.
From material to launch
- Scope: we confirm availability, price, and boundaries.
- Intake: you provide approved material and business details.
- Draft: we normally prepare a working expert within seven business days.
- Review: you provide consolidated corrections in up to two rounds.
- Handover: we transfer it and publish only with your approval.
- Launch support: we correct in-scope implementation issues for 14 days.
Final handover normally takes about 10 business days when complete material and feedback arrive on time.
Important boundaries
The standard service does not include:
- Inventing or independently researching missing business information
- Legal, medical, financial, or regulatory approval
- Custom integrations, CRM work, or automatic subscriber billing
- Unlimited revisions or continuous answer monitoring
- A guarantee of accuracy, leads, revenue, or other business results
Changes and cancellation
Paid work is fully refundable before it begins. Once work begins, the initial payment covers reserved time and completed work; the remaining balance is due before ownership transfer. Pro can be canceled separately. Your written scope and quote will state the exact terms before work begins.
