Either way, the draft and source files belong to the customer's account from creation, and the customer alone decides whether to publish.

What we do
- Build only from material you approve.
- Configure the agreed profile, knowledge, and behavior.
- Keep the draft unpublished until you approve it.
- Test agreed questions and correct implementation errors.
- Prepare your customer-owned draft for review and guide the launch.
- Explain important limitations honestly.
What you provide and approve
- Material you own or have permission to use.
- Accurate prices, hours, policies, and contact details.
- Your audience, tone, ten common questions, and forbidden topics.
- One decision-maker and consolidated feedback on time.
- Written approval before publication.
- Ongoing review when your information changes.
From material to launch
- Scope: we confirm availability, price, and boundaries.
- Intake: you create your customer-owned draft and upload approved material directly.
- Draft: we normally prepare a working expert within seven business days.
- Review: you test it and provide consolidated corrections in up to two rounds.
- Approval: you complete the final checks and alone decide whether to publish.
- Launch support: we correct in-scope implementation issues for 14 days.
Final delivery normally takes about 10 business days when complete material and feedback arrive on time.
Important boundaries
The standard service does not include:
- Inventing or independently researching missing business information
- Legal, medical, financial, or regulatory approval
- Custom integrations, CRM work, or automatic subscriber billing
- Unlimited revisions or continuous answer monitoring
- A guarantee of accuracy, leads, revenue, or other business results
Changes and cancellation
Paid work is fully refundable before it begins. Once work begins, the initial payment covers reserved time and completed work; the remaining balance is due before final customer review. Pro can be canceled separately. Your written scope and quote will state the exact terms before work begins.
